Welcome to Elgin Summer Music 2020 - International Feast of Food and Music. This Year you will experience sounds of Origin from Cyprus, Poland, Turkey & Scotland. There will also be music beyond the cultural divisions such as Blues, Rock, Jazz and Classical. This Year we host great worldwide known artists, such as TWEED from Scotland, Izabella Effenberg from Germany and Alper Cengiz from Cyprus - There will also be a place or very talented young local artists for primary and secondary schools. This year among others will perform pianists form Wellenger School of Music and choir from St. Sylvester's Primary School. 

Elgin Summer Music International Festival is an initiative to support schools, community groups and other organisations focused on art & music education and raise the prestige of cultural life in our region. Therefore, Elgin Summer Music 2020 is one part of the Wellenger School Of Music Annual Award project. For this occasion we invite all primary & secondary schools, music groups, individual artists and other music organisations to take part in Elgin Summer Music 2020. The event is designed for young people, to present their skills on the big stage. Students, school groups and other organisations will have an opportunity to showcasing with professional musicians. Many solo acts and groups in different places during the two day non-competitive festival will take place. As a tradition, the culmination of the festival we offer Summer Ceilidh Ball with live music- provided by TWEED and the frontman - worldwide known button accordionist, Graeme Mackay. 

This Year we want to host not only music but also we want to give people the oportunity to experience the international food. During the event you can enjoy flavours from diffrent parts of the world.
